Randy is a Registered Social Worker who holds a Master of Social Work degree and a Bachelor degree in Conflict Resolution. He has also completed advanced training in threat assessment and management. His work experience has involved working directly with issues of conflict, crisis and violence while being employed in the areas of mental health, counselling and crisis management within community, school and hospital settings. Randy is a dynamic presenter who delivers content-oriented presentations that are both engaging and informative.

Carl Heaman-Warne, Trainer

Carl has a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and has been working in the field of Crisis Intervention for the past 15 years. He is also a therapist in a private practice and brings a wealth of clinical knowledge with him to his workshops. As a facilitator, Carl brings an engaging style that helps participants connect the material with their own lives and take away meaningful changes that they can implement right away.

Wendy has Bachelor degrees in both Psychology and Education. She is a dynamic presenter who delivers material in a format that maximizes the learning potential for both youth and adults. She is a former teacher, who, besides providing services through ACHIEVE Training Centre, is also a curriculum writer for the Nunavut Department of Education.

Holly’s primary experience is as a clinician working with children, adolescents and adults in crisis intervention. She has a Bachelor degree in Psychology and is currently completing a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy degree. In addition to her work at ACHIEVE she works in the field of family violence providing therapy for women and for youth and families who are in crisis. Holly's use of humour and her practical experience in crisis intervention creates the type of atmosphere that is very conducive to learning.

Eric has been involved in the field of conflict resolution and mediation since completing a degree in Sociology with a focus on mediation and peacemaking. He has worked as a senior mediator, trainer and lead negotiator for several organizations in Canada. Eric is an informative trainer who is gifted at making training material relative to practical situations.

Dale is an intuitive teacher who holds a degree in Education and completed an Economics minor program. In addition to his work with ACHIEVE Training Centre, he is also a high school teacher in Winnipeg, MB. Dale is an exciting speaker whose presentations are insightful, humorous and practical. He facilitates the workshop Money Management - Basics for Financial Peace of Mind. Dale is passionate about passing on practical insights from his own experience as an ‘average Joe’ striving to achieve financial peace of mind.

Erwin is an experienced and resourceful Registered Social Worker and Therapist who has provided holistic mental health services in both public and private practice. In both facilitation and training he utilizes a collaborative and culturally sensitive approach. Erwin's interpersonal communication skills, sense of humour and interactive, personal style create a dynamic workshop experience.
