No matter how frequently you find yourself in situations where people may become aggressive, it is important to develop the skills needed to defuse potentially dangerous situations. This workshop is designed to teach people to defuse aggression through assertiveness and interpersonal communication. The interplay between anger and aggression will be explored, including opportunities for self-assessment. Participants will leave the workshop with a diverse set of practical tips and techniques to help them respond to aggression in people.
